At long last, CHX Consulting have published a layerindex, the Zepto layerindex, at the moment this  layerindex is merely a synchronized and limited (i.e. kirkstone –> styhead) copy of the official OE layerindex, but will (in the near future) be filled with CHX Consulting defined layers, other publicly available bitbake layers that are not published
